| This guide supports the planning of training activities for the PATSPO tree seed sourcing project in Ethiopia. It covers some of the principles (such as training needs assessment, curriculum design, the selection of teaching methods and approaches for monitoring the effectiveness of training) that should be covered when planning training. Though written for the PATSPO project, the guide is of general relevance. The guide is most useful for staff involved in training but who do not come from a professional training background. |
