This handbook provides emergency practitioners with basic technical information about seeds, necessary for planning and implementing seed relief interventions. Basic principles of seed production and other seed practices are described to assist emergency practitioners in seed sector rehabilitation. It covers annual crops primarily, but is also relevant for tree seed.
