Summary
This video shows how to extract tree seed from collected tree fruits that naturally shed their seed (dehiscent fruit) and from fruits for which the seed remain in the fruit when they are mature (indehiscent fruit). The video shows methods for drying dehiscent fruit so that they naturally open, and for manually opening and extracting seed from indehiscent fruit. The video is most useful for practitioners (seed handlers).
